Terms and Conditions

1. You herewith give permission to ImagePerfect to use your details and photos for casting (on TV, print and other mediums).
2. We will use your photos and attributes to market you however your contact details will not be shared with anyone without your permission.
3. Should you be scouted due to the exposure created by the ImagePerfect site you agree to pay a 20% finders fee of the gross amount to ImagePerfect. This excludes any other taxes and fees that may be applicable by the relevant authorities etc.
4. Portfolios will only be promoted at the discretion of ImagePerfect.
5. Photos must be of good quality - we will not approve portfolios unless the quality meets ImagePerfect's criteria.
6. Neither Imageperfect, our agents nor our sponsors can be held liable for any damages, loss or otherwise.
7. You agree that any photos being uploaded is not subject to any copyright or trademark.
8. Imageperfect reserves the right to amend or discontinue this service at any time.
9. You confirm that you will keep your information and photos up to date - we monitor activity to ensure that portfolios are always relevant and marketable.
10. We reserve the right to remove your portfolio without notice.
11. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions without notice from time to time.
